Abstract

We present Dr. Patricia Alejandra Gutiérrez Ramírez, who holds a bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctorate in law from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. She is currently a professor at the Faculty of Law and Criminology and a magistrate assigned to the Eleventh Criminal Chamber of the Honorable Superior Court of Justice of the State.
