Abstract

Applied mathematics in tax law makes it possible to analyze and estimate the impact of tax reforms using mathematical models that incorporate economic, legal, and behavioral variables. Through these models, it is possible to model taxpayer behavior in response to changes in tax policies, such as variations in tax rates or incentives.
