Immigration legal systems in Latin America and Europe in 2022

Abstract

The American dream and the European dream are sociological phenomena that study after study and year after year show constantly growing mobility figures. Like any cycle/phenomenon in life, it originates, is sustained and is fed by causes and actions that, under one legal framework or another and under the premise that every act has a consequence, will lead us to one result or another. Well, here we will analyze and compare the current migration systems and some variables specific to each territory and region in the management of migration within those territories in order to contrast, compare, understand and analyze the consequences of their models of action on the transit of migrants across its borders.
