Abstract

The present research revolves around Artificial Intelligence, its specific definition, and how this tool has evolved into a technological phenomenon today. Subsequently, this concept is linked to the law and how this legal relationship manifests itself with the impacts on Artificial Intelligence. Similarly, various contributions regarding ethics and the fundamental rights affected by this issue are analyzed
