Abstract

The impact that the management of judicial files has had through the platform of the Virtual Court of the Judiciary of the State of Nuevo León, the use policies that must be accepted as a sine qua non requirement to use the platform, as well as its drawbacks are addressed. and turning points. The above, in the context that implies the development of information technologies, which must be reflected in the light of the evolution of computer science and its derivations with legal and philosophical reflection.
