Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the human rights of communities and indigenous peoples in relation to energy projects. This confrontation in the defense of human rights in indigenous peoples and communities is carried out through the right to consultation. The same is also described in the study. The findings allow us to conclude how to address social problems by improving negotiation practices, so that negotiation strategies that generate trust in current times should be employed.
